Let me take you on a journey through my story.
After three seperate shoulder dislocations while surfing (undergoing intense therapy to heal after each one) I was faced with shoulder stabilisation surgery. The surgery was horrendously painful and the recovery was daunting. Being out of the water and unable to exercise for 9 months didn’t sit right with me. Determined to heal faster, I dove deep into the realms of Longevity and Biohacking. I experimented with Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Sauna & Ice combos, Prolonged & Intermittent Fasting and use of the BioCharger. Committing to these tools three times a week, I amazed my physio by completely healing with full range of movement and getting back to surfing in just six months!
This journey sparked my passion for helping others, particularly women optimise their health for longevity. I am fiercely driven to empower women to amplify their well-being and reverse aging. Longevity is not just about adding years to your life; it’s about adding vitality to those years through small, daily changes.

I’ve lived quite the entrepreneur’s dream, launching various online business ventures and in most recently creating and selling a successful real estate agency. But after experiencing ‘Busy Girl Syndrome’ aka: burnout, I knew I needed a change, to live more aligned with my passions. So I studied and became a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and 200HR Yoga Teacher. My mission is to help women create lives that are not only fulfilling but also aligned to longevity, so they can live long, abundant, healthy lives.
Now, I work with busy women to optimise their health and mindset for longevity. Through my programs and personalised coaching, I provide practical tools and strategies that make small, sustainable changes to improve their overall well-being. Whether it’s through daily 1% tips, advanced biohacking techniques, or holistic health practices, I help my clients feel more energised, balanced, and ready to embrace life fully.
I’m a self-proclaimed manifesting queen, and I believe that with the right mindset and daily practices, we can all live our biggest, healthiest, and most abundant lives with ease. Through my journey, I’ve learned that it’s the 1% changes each day that lead to profound transformations.
